We provide residential electrical services in North Texas, including but not limited to electrical repairs, panel upgrades, EV charger installation, lighting installation, and emergency electrical service. All work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with applicable Texas state and local electrical codes.

Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change without notice. A written estimate will be provided before any work begins. By authorizing work to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted price upon completion.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We reserve the right to charge a trip fee for appointments cancelled without adequate notice or where access to the property is not provided at the scheduled time.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. We accept major credit cards, check, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by our technicians is warranted against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as specified by the manufacturer. Our on-time guarantee means that if we are late for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will receive a discount as described at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JIJ Electric LLC d/b/a Mister Sparky of North Texas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
